5-10 million people in the U.S have an eating disorder. 90% of those people are within the ages of 12-25. Sharing the message of “Wellness Not Weight”, Jody Steel has written Double Zero, a short film about a teenage girl’s self destructive eating behavior. With your help, this film can become a reality by donating to the kickstarter link attached. All proceeds left over from production will be donated to an eating disorder clinic. With only 9 days left to reach their goal, any amount helps! Please spread the word for a healthier world!
Thank you for taking the time to read this!!! Spread the word!!!!!!
I’m in bed after a full and fun day of relaxing and ballet so I thought I’d just make a post on what I did today.
So when I have days off I make it a rule to not have an alarm or any sort of set wake up time. And today I proudly slept in to 9:30 as opposed to my usual 7:30 am wake up call to start my days.
I had ballet later in the day but before that I decided to spend my afternoon in Soho where I came across a Chobani store/cafe! For those of you who don’t know, Chobani is an all natural greek yogurt brand that is extremely healthy for you and they come in a variety of flavors! It’s the first store in the entire world and it’s only been open for 3.5 weeks so I thought I’d show you guys some pics!
At this cafe you could choose from so many toppings like Pistachio and dark chocolate, raspberries with honey and granola, or Peanut Butter and Jelly (of course they had more to choose from)
I ended up getting the PB&J one and it was SO delicious.
And, it ended up only being a 4 minute walk to my ballet class so it ended up working out perfectly!
So after my soho and ballet adventures, I made my way back to my apartment and now I’m in bed writing this blog and getting ready to watch Married To Jonas on E! and getting a good night sleep for my shoot that starts super early tomorrow!
P.S. Good luck to everyone who starts school tomorrow!!
